I have always had a passion for all types of Art and Design.  Even going as far back as School I was awarded the John James Award for Art and Design and then went on to complete my Art Foundation course at Bower Ashton in Bristol.  Here I was able to try all arenas of Art, from Fashion, Illustration, Ceramics & 3D Sculpting to Fine Art and Painting.  I found myself in a fortunate position where I had a good ability in all areas, and so although I went on to take my Degree in Ceramics, I am now thrilled to be painting again.

At the beginning of 2006 I was asked to commission some canvas paintings for 'Zest' Cafe/Deli in Stoke Lane, Westbury on Trym (pictured above).  Here I have used a contemporary approach hanging the canvas and using acrylics combined with collage, however I can adapt my style and approach to suit any environment and taste.
